Welcome to a selection of recent projects I've worked on – spanning community newsletters, charity campaigns, training platforms, and digital marketing strategy.


I support organisations of all shapes and sizes – from small charities and local groups to training providers and growing businesses – helping them communicate clearly, work smarter, and connect with the people that matter.

Promoting Martha’s Meadow

A Community Rewilding Project

Client / Sector: CPRE Norfolk & Local Landowners / Environment & Charity
Services: Event Marketing, Content Creation, Community Engagement, Design
Summary: I helped promote Martha’s Meadow – a privately rewilded space in Norfolk – as a shared community resource through event support, marketing, and materials design.

Challenge
Raise awareness of the meadow’s purpose and encourage community involvement, using marketing that could be reused long-term.

 What I Did

  • Created a reusable print-ready leaflet introducing the meadow and its ethos
  • Designed a new visual identity and logo to unify future communications
  • Wrote and promoted social media content for a launch event
  • Designed a poster and on-site banner for the Awareness Day
  • Attended and supported the Butterfly Conservation Day, contributing counts and follow-up content

Outcome / Impact
Increased community engagement, strong turnout at the event, and a ready-made suite of materials to support future use of the meadow by charities and groups.

Training & Admin System Launch

For a UK Training Provider

Client / Sector: Confidential / Training & CPD
Services: Systems Design, Course Structuring, Platform Build, Automation, User Experience
Summary: I led the design and delivery of a branded learning system using the Cademy platform to support on-demand and classroom training.

Challenge
The client’s existing training processes were fragmented and admin-heavy, with no consistent learner journey.

What I Did

  • Built branded course templates for online and classroom-based training
  • Structured learner journeys for CPD courses
  • Set up automated workflows for enrolment, reminders, and certificates
  • Created internal admin guides and tracking tools

Outcome / Impact
A professional, consistent learning experience with drastically reduced manual admin and improved client and learner satisfaction.

Multi-Brand PPC Restructure

For a UK-Based Company

Client / Sector: Confidential / Multi-Brand Services
Services: Google Ads Restructure, Keyword Strategy, Conversion Tracking, Campaign Optimisation
Summary: I restructured and optimised PPC campaigns across multiple brands under a UK-based group, focusing on ROI and lead quality.

Challenge
The existing campaigns were fragmented, inefficient, and lacked meaningful tracking.

What I Did

  • Rebuilt campaigns with brand-specific, high-intent keywords
  • Implemented shared negative keyword lists across all accounts
  • Reduced wasted spend and optimised daily budgets
  • Collaborated on tag setup and improved attribution pathways
  • Built reporting frameworks to clarify results and scale up effectively

Newsletter Creation

Summary: I’ve planned, created, and managed newsletters for internal teams, external supporters, volunteers, and community groups.

Challenge
Keep varied audiences informed and engaged with clear, purpose-led communications.

What I Did

  • Edited and redesigned a local village magazine to refresh its structure and tone
  • Created internal & external newsletters for a training organisation to share updates, platform changes, and industry insights
  • Designed supporter & volunteer updates for a small charity, including photo-led stories, fundraising updates, and CTAs

Outcome / Impact
Increased engagement across all channels, improved consistency in tone of voice, and stronger relationships with stakeholders.
