As head of marketing and telesales, I spearheaded comprehensive marketing, social, and PR strategies through both digital and offline channels. I successfully led lead generation efforts, combining the power of online and offline methods. Through my efforts, I facilitated a company rebrand, developed effective SEO and PPC campaigns, and generated compelling marketing collateral to support the overall strategy.
During my tenure as Head of Digital and Inbound Sales for a prominent organisation, I steered the marketing, social, and PPC strategies specifically through digital channels, with a sharp focus on lead generation activities through the company's websites and PPC. My dedication to optimising digital strategies led to increased website activity and generated valuable sales leads for the business.
Additionally, my background as a web developer has given me the technical prowess to create and maintain websites, intranets, and business simplification systems, which can be an invaluable asset in today's digital landscape.

While I’ve stepped back from my Trustee & Volunteering roles with Sally’s Duck Rescue and as Marketing Communications Specialist with Blue Magpie Foundation, my passion for making a positive impact remains as strong as ever. I’m thrilled to now channel that energy into my volunteer work as the Marketing Trustee for CPRE Norfolk.
Although transitioning from previous roles was bittersweet, I remain a strong supporter of both causes and will continue to champion their missions in any way I can.
